Who We Are

At Dignity Transition Partners, we are dedicated to empowering seniors and individuals with mobility challenges to live safely, independently, and with absolute dignity in the homes they love.

Most people look at a house and see four walls and a roof. Bill Nold looks at a house and sees a "Clinical Bridge" between health and independence. With over 15 years of experience in business development and a background that includes door-to-door sales in 49 states, I’ve spent my career understanding the needs of homeowners from every walk of life. While I served as a licensed home inspector in Arizona for 4 years, it was my 3 years as a professional caregiver that shifted my focus from the building’s structure to the person living inside it. Today, as the Founder of Dignity Transition Partners and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). I help seniors, families, and legal professionals navigate the high-stakes journey of aging at home with a level of precision rarely seen in this industry.

The Forensic Advantage

I don’t believe in "guessing" when it comes to home safety. My work is data-driven and objective, utilizing professional-grade forensic equipment for my 100-Point Forensic Safety Reports, which include:

Skid Resistance Testing: Measuring floor traction (DCOF) to meet ADA safety standards.

Structural Pull Testing: Validating the load-bearing integrity of safety hardware and mounting points.

Moisture Mapping: Detecting hidden leaks that threaten health and home equity.

A Personal Mission

My commitment to this work is deeply personal. Living with Parkinson’s, I understand that home accessibility isn't a "home improvement" project—it is a proactive strategy for maintaining autonomy. This lived experience, combined with the principles in my book, The Clinical Bridge, allows me to serve as a "Safety Referee" for families, providing the evidence needed to make difficult decisions with clarity and dignity.

Our Mission Statement

At Dignity Transition Partners, our mission is to transform houses into lifelong homes. We provide specialized safety assessments and high-quality home modifications that empower seniors and individuals with mobility challenges to live with independence, security, and dignity. By acting as the "Clinical Bridge" between healthcare needs and the physical environment—utilizing Aging-in-Place best practices—we ensure that every client can age in place with peace of mind and grace.

How We Can Work Together

As a Consultant, Author, and Speaker, I partner with:

  • Attorneys & Fiduciaries: To mitigate client liability and protect estate assets.

  • SRES Realtors: To provide "Forensic Prep" for senior-focused listings.

  • Healthcare Professionals: To ensure a safe, sustainable transition from hospital to home.

  • Community Centers: To empower seniors with the "Forensic Edge" they need to stay in the homes they love.

Let’s turn your "right-now" house into a safe "forever" home.
